Marine Ecology and Technology Applications, Inc.

Basic research - We conduct basic marine ecology research in collaboration with academic, government and industry partners.  Emphasis is placed on applications of advanced technology, such as passive acoustics, to marine ecological issues.  More traditional approaches to the study of marine habitat function and role in resource management issues are also undertaken.  More information about our research can be found on our research web page at: http://www.fishecology.org

 

Consultation -  We provide consultation to industry, academic, and government professionals and laymen on a wide range of marine ecology issues.  We specialize in advising industry on technology development needs of the research and management community as well as on how their existing products can be adapted for these markets.  We also provide consultation to local government and business interests on ecotourism and its potential in the Cape Cod area.
